When clients pay for classes, memberships, or packages through Pelagio, each card payment costs 3.4% + $0.15, with card processing included. No monthly minimums, no per-class charges, no separate processor bill.

How much does Pelagio cost?+
$49 a month, or $490 a year — two months free. There is one plan, and it includes everything: unlimited classes, instructors, and clients. Every new studio starts with a 30-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?+
You get the full app free for 30 days. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts at the monthly or annual price you picked. Cancel any time before then and you are not charged.
How do I subscribe and cancel?+
The subscription is an in-app purchase, so you start it inside the Pelagio app on iPhone and it is billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you do in your Apple Account settings — not in Pelagio. Apple handles refunds for subscription charges.
What does it cost to take payments?+
3.4% + $0.15 per card payment, with card processing included — there is no separate processor bill. It is separate from the subscription, and you only pay it when a client pays you.
I'm a founding studio. Does this change anything?+
No. Founding studios keep the terms they joined on — no subscription, and a 1% platform fee on payments on top of card processing.
What happens to my data if I leave?+
Full export (CSV + JSON) is available any time. If you close your account we keep your data for 90 days and then delete it permanently.
Can I migrate from Mindbody / Acuity / spreadsheets?+
We do the migration for you, free. We'll run a dry-run first and keep you posted at every step.
